Last night we had the great joy of introducing my brother and his older boys to the 1951 Christmas Carol, with Alistair Sim, our holiday “must see.” (I’m not sure they were dutifully impressed. To my horror, these twenty year olds had never even heard the phrase “dead as a door nail.” What is the world coming to?) But my brother’s little boy went to bed with his phone linked to the NORAD Santa program. At dinner, he informed all of us that Santa was over Switzerland! David and I send you much love and are wishing you and yours a very happy and merry holiday! God bless us, every one!
