We need to balance it all out, and know when to emerge from our burrows and have fun and be outgoing and pursue our goals with determination, and when to return and recover. .. and for some people perhaps that cycle is hours, not weeks. Thinking about it, the lure of social media seems to make everyone a jazzed-up Toad, speeding about after fads and crashing into expectations. It is hard to negotiate this, we're all doing our best!
